Sandra Bonifacio

I’m a Cross-Cultural Leadership Coach, Founder of Xpattitudes, and a Speaker who aims to inspire Leaders, Entrepreneurs, Managers, and Expats to thrive across cultures. My work is grounded in lived expat experience, cross-cultural leadership practice, and deep expertise in Emotional Intelligence and Cultural Intelligence. I have lived and worked across cultures most of my life. I understand what it feels like to stand between worlds, professionally, culturally, and personally.
